In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including all schedules, policies, and supplementary rules incorporated by reference.

By accessing the Platform in any manner — including browsing as a guest, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact our support team to request closure of that Account.

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. lol4d strictly prohibits access by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. The Platform is primarily directed at players in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal incapacity that prevents you from forming contracts, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Not self-excluded: You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through lol4d or any other gambling platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Not an employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of lol4d or its affiliated entities may not hold Player Accounts without prior written approval from lol4d management.

To access the full range of lol4d services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or phone number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent Account updates is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. lol4d uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicates are identified, lol4d reserves the right to merge the accounts, void any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts, and suspend the Player pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lol4d will never ask for your full password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify lol4d support immediately.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. lol4d may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts as permitted by applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Any remaining balance can be reclaimed by contacting support and completing a re-verification of identity.

lol4d is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests, and periodically thereafter as part of ongoing compliance obligations. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, or other supported methods) used to fund your lol4d Account.
• Source of funds declaration: In certain circumstances, lol4d may request evidence of the source of funds used for betting, particularly where deposit volumes are elevated.

lol4d supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name; third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to a Player's Account in real time or within a maximum of five minutes following bank confirmation. lol4d does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are non-refundable once funds have been used to place bets.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours a day. The majority of withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed instantly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. lol4d does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your receiving financial institution may apply fees independently.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the Player's verified name.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before any portion of the balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• lol4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• In the event of a suspected security breach or ongoing investigation, lol4d may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing while the matter is resolved.

6.4 Failed or Reversed Transactions

If a deposit fails to reach your Account within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number, the transfer amount in IDR, and the date and time of the transfer. lol4d will investigate and, where the funds are confirmed as received, credit the Account within one business day. Chargebacks, reversals, and disputed transactions initiated by a Player while retaining winnings generated from the associated deposit will be treated as fraud and may result in Account closure and legal action.

lol4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback on live casino losses, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotional page.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players aged 21 or over who have completed KYC. lol4d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at any time.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements: Each bonus carries a specified wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x, or 30x the bonus amount) that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Full contribution tables are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Abuse: lol4d employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game engagement. lol4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
• Promotional currency: All bonus amounts are denominated in IDR. Bonus terms will not be adjusted for currency fluctuations or any other external factor.

All bets placed through the lol4d sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slots, virtual sports, and esports betting markets are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the respective product area on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error, a live feed delay, or a market suspension are void. lol4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a pricing error, whether caused by human error or technical malfunction.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. lol4d reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits where deemed appropriate, including in cases where a Player's betting patterns suggest exploitative behaviour.

8.3 Results and Payouts

Official results are determined by the relevant governing body for each sport or game. For BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and other football markets, results are taken from the official league or tournament authority. For togel draws, official results are published by the relevant draw authority. Any discrepancy between a displayed result and the official result will be resolved in favour of the official source.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the Platform will attempt to reconnect automatically. The outcome of any game round that was in progress at the time of disconnection will be governed by the game provider's disconnection rules. lol4d is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, bugs, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using any automated software, bot, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from lol4d.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or market where such collusion would provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to lock in guaranteed profit regardless of outcome across multiple accounts or platforms in a manner that exploits lol4d's pricing.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology with the intent of circumventing geographic restrictions or account-level controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lol4d staff, support agents, or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the lol4d brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lol4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from lol4d.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's licensing terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lol4d's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lol4d shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether lol4d had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or connectivity issues outside lol4d's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements and account security obligations.

lol4d collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, lol4d collects personal data for the following primary purposes: Account management and authentication; KYC and fraud prevention; processing deposits and withdrawals; providing customer support; sending promotional communications (where you have opted in); and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. lol4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

lol4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered Players with access to the following self-management tools, available at no cost through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

lol4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of the request being made.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Where lol4d determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the welfare of the Player.

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting lol4d customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days.

lol4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lol4d will endeavour to provide registered Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification before the revised Terms take effect. For non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details — lol4d may update these Terms without prior notice, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lol4d holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits lol4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or operational integrity.
